OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Contest Dates: Weekdays, February 1 – 14, 2011

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of
age or older, with a valid U.S. drivers license with the exception
of immediate families of employees of WBEB-FM, their affiliates,
licensees or sponsors affiliated with this contest, or other radio
station. WBEB reserves the right to disqualify winners if contest
rules are not followed. Limit one prize per person/family per
30 days.
4. Promotion
Runs: Weekdays only, February 1 - 14, 2011. Each weekday between
the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM listen for us to ask you to call in (i.e. Valentine’s
Day prompt).

to win: Each time B101 plays the Valentine’s Day prompt –
(we ask you to call in), be the 10th caller toll free at
1-888-333-B101. B101 will award a prize (each time
we play the prompt between February
1 - 14, 2011. Prizes will be awarded Monday - Friday only. Prizes can be won each day between the hours
of 5 AM and 5 PM daily. A minimum of 30 prizes will be awarded -
approximate value of $6,000 in prizes.
7. The
odds of winning depend on the number of callers who respond to the
“Valentine’s Day” prompt. Taxes on prizes are the sole
responsibility of winners. Each prize is viewed as earned income
and is subject to all federal, state and local taxes, as
applicable. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use by
B101 of his/her name, likeness, voice and /or other personal
information for promotional and/or advertising purposes in
connection with this or related promotions without compensation.
Winners shall sign an affidavit of eligibility and a
liability/publicity release within 15 days of prize notification and
return to B101. If winner cannot be contacted within ten (10)
business days of first notification attempt, if Prize or prize
notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of
noncompliance with these Contest rules and requirements, such Prize
will be forfeited.
8. Prizes
are non-transferable. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
9. WBEB-FM
reserves the right to change the rules or discontinue the contest at
will.
10. Winners
must present proper identification in person during normal business
hours at B101, 225 E. City Ave., Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 within 10
days of winning. A birth certificate or driver’s license and Social
Security Card is considered proper identification. The station
reserves the right to extend this prize claim period to some other
specified deadline in the event of unusual circumstances.
11.
B101
reserves the right to refuse prize in the event of non-compliance
with the promotion’s rules, fraud, misrepresentation, or
counterfeit, illegible or altered identification. By participating,
entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its
advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent
companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives,
agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from
any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or
expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage,
personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with,
preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Contest, or
possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of Prize or
participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims
based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and
merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Contest cannot
take place or if Prize cannot be awarded due to delays or
interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters,
weather or acts of terrorism.
12.
Decisions of the judges will be final in all respects. B101 is not
responsible for any physical limitations that would prevent the
winner from accepting this prize.

The $200 will be in the form of a VISA gift card.
14.
Promotional information, rules and winners names will be available
for inspection at B101 offices during normal business hours, or can
be requested by mail from B101 by enclosing a self-addressed stamped
envelope.
15.
Promotion is subject to federal, state and local registration and
laws where applicable and is void where taxed, restricted or
prohibited. Employees of B101, its affiliates, subsidiaries or
agents and the families of each are not eligible.
16.
B101
is not responsible for late, lost, misaddressed or misdirected mail
or delayed, misdirected, uncompleted or unsuccessful phone calls or
busy signals.
17. To
obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope
to: Valentine’s Day Winners, B101, 225 E. City Ave., Bala Cynwyd,
PA 19004. All requests must be sent by February 19, 2011.
